這"名牌"頸巾是我第二份聖誕禮物，是阿基及雞蛋送的！雖然我有差不多超過二十條頸巾，但它又暖又滑，收到的次日我已把它帶上，謝謝你們啊！

p.s.我也不會忘記曾經有人為編織的頸巾，我也會用的，妳放心吧！

上了一天班，回到家裡，丈夫只會粗聲粗氣的說：「飯煮好了沒？我餓死了。」
對妻子的忙碌辛苦視而不見。有一天，丈夫帶著未婚獨居的同事回家，同事一進門，老婆接過兩人的公事包和外套，丈夫還是老話：「飯煮好了沒？」同事卻說：「大嫂，對不起，麻煩你了。」

看到一桌熱騰騰的飯菜，同事感動的差點掉下淚來：「一回家就有熱飯熱菜可吃的感覺真好！哪像我，每天回家都只有冰冷的牆壁迎接我。」然後埋頭拼命吃, 彷彿一輩子都沒吃過飯的；對老婆的手藝讚不絕口，一盤簡單的炒青菜都被他說得像什麼山珍海味的。

老婆眉開眼笑，不斷的夾菜給同事，還說：「請用。」老公反而被冷落一邊。
吃完飯，老公照例拍拍屁股，想移到客廳沙發看電視、聊聊天，正想開口叫老婆倒茶；那個不識好歹的同事竟然幫忙收拾碗筷，還不忘跟老婆道謝：「大嫂，謝謝你費心做這麼豐盛的晚餐請我。這些碗盤我來洗就好。」老婆當然不會讓客人洗碗。丈夫說：「泡茶。」

同事居然說：「大嫂，你告訴我茶葉在哪裡，我自已來就好。」
同事走了之後， 老婆一邊洗澡一邊唱歌。丈夫 問你為什麼那麼高興？老婆說：「我煮了十幾年的菜給你吃，你從來也沒有跟我說一聲謝謝。吃完飯不但不幫忙洗碗，還要我泡茶侍候你。你看看你那個同事多懂事。」
「因為他第一次來我們家啊，因為他不認識你啊，你等著看好了，看他結婚之後，會不會跟老婆說謝謝。」

為什麼？為什麼面對至親的人，我們總覺得一切都是理所當然，而忽略了最基本的禮貌和感謝？
老婆為什麼一定要煮飯？因為那是她的工作、她份內的事？因為她愛你。丈夫為什麼要辛苦工作受到老闆指責、剝削仍然不敢辭職？他愛你。愛不是理所當然，愛是得來不易。

有人說，女人最傻，只要你給她一句讚美、一句感謝，她就會無怨無悔的為你做牛馬。其實男人也是。家的時候，放一缸熱水，接過他沈重的公事包，跟他說聲：老公你辛苦了，在辦公室受到再大的委屈也忘的一乾二淨。只是一句讚美，只是一句「請、謝謝、對不起」，愛情裡多了多少甜蜜和安慰？下一次，別忘了對你的愛人說：謝謝你。

幸福的長相：一句平凡的話語，卻有著神奇的力量

你有沒有忘記跟你的媽媽/爸爸，太太/丈夫及至親至愛的人說聲「謝謝」，沒有的話快說吧，他們是多麼的期待著呢！　^x^

Christmas Dinner

今天是我 English Lesson既 Christmas Dinner，我們一行四人(Ann老師，Helen, Kan和我 )一起去一間叫China Garden的餐廳吃飯，那兒是吃四川+北京菜．

一開始我們點了一個北京火鍋(因為太exciting忘了拍照)，一邊是清湯，一邊是麻辣，還有秘製的醬汁．而火鍋料是羊肉跟清菜(圖1)．那個麻辣真是辣得有道理！老闆說他們的麻招是專程從四川揹回來的，這兒是沒有的呢！

吃火鍋後，我們還點了幾道小菜，包括：皮蛋豆腐，水煮牛肉(圖2)，四川茄子(圖3)及重慶辣子雞(圖4)．我個人來說特別喜歡那道四川茄子，它是先炸好，然後用糖膠撈過再淋上特別的獻汁．真的Yummy~~~　其他的菜也很好味．不過因為怕Kan 及Ann不能吃太辣否則辣多一點必定更可口(吃辣應該流著鼻涕吃的麻，我還未到這個地部呢 :p)．
廚子還特別為我們做了hand-made的炸醬麵，很有口感．　

最後值得一讚的是，老闆送給我們的甜點，就是炸荔枝．它是像拔絲荔枝(即外面脆中間有清香的荔枝)，而它最特別的是在脆皮與荔枝中間還有紅豆蓉．正！實在太太太好味了！

因為Helen的原固，結帳時老闆給我們九折，平均每人只需13磅，在這兒來說真的超值啊！

哈哈！終於吃到好味的東西呢！謝謝Helen介紹這美味的餐廳　^x^

P.S.很可惜他跟我們一樣星期二休息，所以Simon沒有機會品嚐這些美食呢 -_-

聖誕禮物

嘩！嘩！嘩！
我今年的第一份聖誕禮物在早兩天出現了！
你看－－很可愛的Miffy排列得整整齊齊，每個都有其特色及個性！　
看見她們真的很興奮呢！！

或許在香港的朋友們在這幾個月經過OK已經見膩了，但我真的開心到飛起！
我在想：如果我自己儲，我也未必儲到呢！　如果有男孩為我儲這個，我怕我定必 "lum死"(當然指係結婚前)！
但其實依家都 "好lum"，因為有對我這樣好的朋友！　多謝你地呀，祥記，Minnelli！！
這幾月辛苦你們常常出入OK，飲了這麼多益力多，腸胃受得住吧！
我會將她們放在我新居的當眼處，讓她們為我歡迎每一個客人呢！
真的很喜歡這禮物，也很喜歡你們啊！　

自作自受

上星期有一天為了一點小事而生氣，堅拒老公為我煮晚餐．最後在鋪裡拿了一盒白飯及一碗咖哩汁回家哽，我還為自己沖了一杯苦瓜茶（我從來也不吃苦瓜的）．
當然哽了一半我便吃不下去，那刻真的很生氣！　　
心想：哼！他看見我帶這樣的食物回家吃也不理會！　但其實他又可以怎樣呢！
當然結果是自己餓了一個晚上．
自此之後，我告訴自己下次發脾氣也要為自己理智一點，否則是自己受罰並不是他呢！！

P.S.但我發現了苦瓜茶加蜜糖的味道也不錯呢 :p

晴空

這是昨天下午與祥記通電話時為他拍下的天空, 這晴空就像我們的友情很自然,很舒服! 他說很開心的聽到我開懷的笑及親切的聲音, 我告訴他這種笑聲不是常有的,要看看跟誰聊天! 很感謝這位好弟兄常常來電的慰問, 因為--你的來電令我不至覺得被遺忘!!

Hiking

Kan couldn't go to Sheffield with us so Ann brought Kan and I went to Peas Lake for hiking instead. Of course we didn't bring Helen with us because that's not suitable for a pregnant woman.
But for Kan and I enjoyed the exercise very much. At least we can breath some fresh air and have some walk.

At first the road looks mystery to us!! So dark, narrow and can't see the front @_@!

Then we were keep walking, we reached to a forest. Oh! We could only hear the sounds of trees and birds just likes a olden battle field.

At last, we spent three hours (got lost in the half way) to reach our destination -- the peak.

Although the weather was not good, we had a good time.

I think that if we go there in a sunny day, it is even nicer.

Credit of UK

Winter in UK is started now, it is terrible for me!
Luckly, before it came I went to a lovely place which made me give some credit to this place.
Where is it? That is Sheffield Park Garden in Sussex.
Do you think it is a very beautiful place?

On the Thursday of the week before, Ann (my English teacher) brought Helen and I to there.
I can't believe my own eyes, it was a really beautiful place.
In UK, there are many nice gardens and castles.
Do you want to visit these lovely places? Come to visit me la! Haha!

Two weeks only!

Last two weeks, we had a very good time.
Because my Dearest Mum & Dad came here to look for us.
No special things to do but we have really great family time!!

The only bad things is Mum was knocked by a bicycle.
When she was crossing the road, a black boy was riding bicycle and knocked her down.
I wanted to catch him to police station but he left very quick.
Then Mum was sent to hospital.
Luckly, her bone didn't break.
She couldn't walk on the first two days now she can walk more.
Mum hope you get well soon!

I was happy that we can celebrate parents' wedding anniversary with them.
Mum & Dad, Thank you for your wedding then brother and I can growth in this nice family and live happily! I Love You xxx!!

Relaxing Day!

Today I went out with Kan and Helen (my two best friends in UK).
At the afternoon, we have lunch in Yo! Shushi.
But it can't compare with Hong Kong's (more choice and fresher).

At night, we went to Helen and Jim's house.
We had an international food for dinner.
All shown in the pictures, they are:
1) Handmade Dumlings by Helen,

2) Tom Yum Prawn Soup by Kan, and

3) Pasta with mussels by Jim.


Me? My responsible was learnt and ate. Yummy :p !!
We share a relaxing day.

Driving Lesson

I have my third driving lesson here yesterday.
Everytime I feel nervous when I was driving.
Yesterday I mixed up "left" and "right" many times!!
Come on, Kammy!!
Simon said my instructor is a brave man. I agree with him!
I must do it better on next time!

GOOD NEWS!!

I am very happy today!
Why? Because Ling Ling and Tai Hung (my parents) will come to UK on Sept to Oct (2 weeks).
They said they want to visit brother and I.
I miss them very much so I really want to be with them.
But...... I worry about my new flat haven't be decorated will before they come also I think I can't get my driving license before they come!!
I hope they can find cheap tickets smoothly.
Friends, if you have any helpful agent or cheap air tickets you can find please let me know.
I am really looking forward to see them soon!
OK! I need to go to decorating again!

D.I.Y.??

House decoration D.I.Y? I never dream that it would happen on me!!
It is a nightmare for me!!
I look at that house, I feel : "exciting, happy, frustrating, tired, angry, disappointing ....."
I was complaint to my mum, she laughed at me and said "Why didn't you marry to a richer man then you need not to do it by yourself!"
I thought that if it is true, my father is really a rich man.
We moved so many time but we never need to do any decorating, all the things were done by father.
He is a supper man for us!!
To be fair, Simon also tells me need not to help but I know I should pay effort on it because that is "OUR HOME".
I can't understand why those English people enjoy D.I.Y. so much.
Maybe I will love it after this time .......
I must tell you if I really do if that day come!

I Love Miffy

I love Miffy!
Why? Sometimes, when you love something it can't explain.
I like her because she is very stylish bunny and her " X " mouth can show her personality.
She is cool!
